Isn't playing with Unlock All already ruins the beginning of the game?

Well done man. I was wanting to play the game with all the items unlocked, but noticed that it started me with a ridiculous amount of money for it. This fixes that issue.

Nice mod. Thought that it was extremely strange, to just get gifted a few thousand bucks every now and then, for doing what you're supposed to be doing. I'd rather just have overall more average income, if that'd be really necessary, but it's not like the game is extremely hard anyways.

@Luisedgm, "Unlock All" mod comes with the game. Check your content manager in game. The long name is "Unlock All Milestones" or something.

where can i find this "unlock all"? its not on the workshop list

Love this mod, makes the Unlock All mod work much better and makes the game less easy.

Also, if you use "Unlock All" then you have $270,000 worth of loans you can take out, which allows you to setup any essential services required. The fact that you have to pay the loan back is even better.

Thank you, i hated the free cash. I hate getting stuff handed on a silver platter for no reason in games. And you dont need 650.000 worth of services for a new 500 pop city!!
You just need a firestation, police station and hospital. Thats it.
The people doesnt have to have every single service at max potential from the first second you start the city. That much money just ruins the slow buildup. Its FUN to try to let your citizens accept the bare minimum until you can afford more.

the extra cash isnt really like cheating.. because when you have everything unlocked you also must have all services right from the beggining which you normally wouldnt need untill after you passed the milestone that gave you it.

Thank you so much for this mod. I have been wanting to play a city with everything unlocked (especially roads) from the beginning, without feeling like I'm cheating with all that extra money.
