You don't even need to fling to the light bridge level, just put a portal next to it and hop over. Actually, if fling momentum hadn't been artificially reduced I could have exited without doing any of the puzzle elements. (Better to just remove the higher portal surfaces, in my opinion.)

Annoyinglyly placed turrets aren't challenging. Annoyingly placed turrets are annoying. Tedious activation. Ball not needed. Overly big chamber.

You don't need the (tall) moving platform as it's possible to fling onto the lightbridge level. The "turret surprise" was anticipated and you can avoid it by pressing the buttons from the other side of a portal. It's a big room and doesn't seem to have to be...
