In addition the options for ships to dock IS present but they do not. I get "Error: No suitable dock..." or something like that.

I'm not sure but this doesnt seem to work for the HSul, or the Sul (dunno about the Gangrene atm). If it helps I have CES in addition to this and the Arawn version for Carriers, and the Arawn works fine afaik...

@luis.mendez6 iirc the X3 AP re-balance mod had that functionality for the aran, but it was the only cap ship that could dock other cap ships. and it could only dock 2.

i wish this game had a super carrier that had landing bays that would have landing bays for the
Arawns in your fleet.This super carrier could maybe carry up to 10 Arawn.

P.S. Sorry should have said clearly, just make sure the carrier is not in your group. Hmm also more data, my HSul is a group leader, not following a group leader. So that might make a difference as well. Maybe the carriers have to be in charge, however I do not know.

As of now it seems to be working. At first it was not, my heavy sul has 40 fighters and would not jump around or go out of the sector/system, only inside the sector. But I played around with it and when I took the HSul out of my group it didn't have anymore problems. Yay \o/

@matt, the first three pics are of ships (the etterscel line i think, but i might not be spelling that right) undocking. the forth is of an etterscell docking. the etterscell line is a good but expencive fighter group, and is my recmoendation when one has the cash. there is a forth ship that looks like its of the etterscell line, but is not named like one and does not have the same power.

check pls taranis, scaldis and tituriel for ability to launch fighters from docks. i think devs expected to use them as carriers, but later something gone wrong. i cant find of other uses for holes in scaldis' sides or plates with numbers in same places of tituriel and taranis

The reason to split the Mods is that you can disable the Carrier-Mod without problems from your running game. This modification of the ships with the new hidden dock you can't without problems. But if Egosoft ever start the Carrier-features from official side, this Mod should work as well, even if you disable the Main Carrier Script.

I think it will be easier and better to add docks, in one mod for all xl ships.

Then get one good mod for docking and transportation all xl ships, fighters s/m.
