so, what do they do ingame? Is this cosmetic or do they reduce parked cars on the roads? Do they have any effect on your city/traffc at all?

Proper good idea by the way, no idea how something as obvious as car parks gets missed out of city building games, pretty sure Sim City Rush Hour had a multi story car park though.

We will need parking lots without the fences. Make sets to be placed next to each other to make them look like larger parking lots.

we need bigger ones, with sections for disabled parking instead of them just being spread out amongst the normal parking.
