@aodhanhorsman I ended up in Dumfries, too.. no scenery. However, I did try the Quick Drive at Windermere: Lat 54.37918 Long -2.90302. Once there, I made a new Free Roam Scenario and deleted the one at Dumfries.

Here is a list of all the workshop scenarios for the route.

If you're referring to the coaches in the screenshots, they look like the trailer cars from the regional Railways Class 101

Could I ask where those Regional Railways Coaches came from?

n.e.hudson please can you tell me how to fix the red light as you approach Oxenholme P3 from Windermere please. It's on red even before i do any timetabling or place any Al traffic on the track.

This is absolutely great! Just did a quick drive with a class 37 and mk1,s (sounds from AP),from Windermere to Lancaster.Thankyou for such a briliant route with such fine detail in every area.Well done on all the good work you have put in.

Sorry for the delay in answering - do not visit this thread very often. The station is present on my master copy, but have just downloaded the WS copy and you are right - the station has disappeared. No idea how that has happened. The solution is very straight forward, if you are handy with the file system. The original station can be found in WCMLoS Scenery tile +000041-000020.bin. Copy and paste this into the corresponding folder in the Windermere extension. If you have difficulty with this, let me know and I will come up with another solution.

Quick question - has Carlisle station asset (i.e. the platforms, overall roof etc - but NOT platform clutter - always been removed? Or has it suddenly gone missing for some reason. Many thanks. I honestly didn't notice before as I've always used this route for Windermere only, but today I've driven to Carlisle to discover it doesn't exist...

Glad you are enjoying the route extension. Since I published this, I have been involved with 2 other similar projects - GWML to Swindon in the BR Blue period, and a similar one for Liverpool to Manchester. We are also extending this latter one to go via Earlestown on the original route between the 2 cities (where "Rocket" won the Rainhill trials)

Like this extension to Windermere scenic upgrade. I did drive it without scenery shortly after the original WCML over Shap came out and WOW what a difference now. I have just noticed that I am missing the screenshot for the original route but don't know if it is anything to do with your extension or if it has been missing for ages. Can live without the screenshot on original but thought I would mention it.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Many workshop routes show DLC requirements that are not correct. I carefully avoided including any assets that were not default to the game (Kuju, European Loco & Asset pack, or RSDL) or came with DLC other than WCMLoS. There are NO assets from S&C in there - check using RW Tools if you have it.

Apologies if I'm posting a repeat comment. The DLC requirements clearly state 'WCML Over Shap' only. However the in-game Workshop shows a requirement for Settle & Carlisle Line. Why is this?

To john mosedale: Have you tried one of the 2 standard scenarios that can be subscribed to. One uses the RSC/DTG Jinty and the other uses the class 101. Go to Build, Scenario, Standard if you want to try either of those ones. If the route does not show you may need to re-download it and ensure you wait for it to fully download and unpack. Then it might be necessary to go to 'Tools' and clear the cache and a restart of the game. Hope this is of some use to you.

You have made this a very nicely sceniced route and I have just completed the standard scenario that was provided by another uploader.

To pjt1974 - Hi Phil, yes a monster journey. However, now that DTG/Steam have got their act together, it is quite simple. Not checked recently, but you will have over 30 thumbs up for the WIP (I'm subscribed and Liked it). Once you decide finally that it is at the state you wish, then on your Profile/Workshop/Route page, select and click Finalise. It will do its usual verify, but then ask if you are sure. I had reached that stage twice before, but nothing happened (Matt had to finalise it manually, but that lost the tags and it was back to square 1). This time, all went through smoothly, and Bob's your uncle.

got in working last night i had to go on profile and download manually as my comp has decided to not do automatic downloads any more great route spent a while on the route loving the scenrioes as well top job (will you be doing more)

snapper50 - This is a route, not a scenario for WCML over Shap (though you do require to have purchased that DLC). The route just comes with a QD (quick drive) scenario, in which you choose your train and drive from Windermere or Lancaster. You can subscribe to scenarios under the same route title (5 from me and several from others) which give a wealth of driving experiencies.
horwichcycling - the modellers asset pack is inbuilt with the base game
Make sure that it has actually downloaded before trying to find it in your menu

Hi - Many others do not have the problems you describe. Why not unsubscribe then subscribe again, in case there was a problem with the initial download (has happened before). The route (extension) comes with a quick drive, so try that first. If that is OK, you should not have problems with the scenarios. If that does not work, then why not put a question on the Railworks forum

i seem to be having the same problem i have WCML Over Shap and Settle-Carlise routes, and i also purchased the 101 in the sales but i cant seem to find the extension or any scenarios on any of the tabs

I have downloaded this and a couple of scenarios that use this route. but I cannot find it or the scenarios in standard drive. Maybe i am missing something here. I have WCML over shap. and the class 101 blue and green. anyone help me here pls. thanks.

Sorry Stu, it is the same one (route, not scenario). Had to republish because the Tags were lost on finalisation (twice). DTG have said that they have now fixed that bug - so sometime this evening I will attempt to finalise (for the third time). I have several scenarios awaiting publication, as have many others.
