This gun appears completely black in a room that isn't well lit. I'm not talking about a pitch black room either. I see all my other weapons correctly, but this gun does not appear to reflect any color whatsoever.

I've been on a bit of a "hiatus" from modding because of personal issues; to be exact: death of a close family member back in May. I thought I'd be able to get over it and go back into modding just like that, but as it turns out, much easier said than done. :/

I did have an AK74 planned, though, so stay tuned.

There is no AK-47 in Insurgency, though there is an AKMS (mislabeled as AKM ingame). Unless you're referring the precursor, Insurgency: Modern Infantry Combat, which I actually have yet to play.

Just manually remove them from the VPK via VPK editing, Doktor Haus has an entire guide on that.

Yes, just follow Doktor Haus's tutorial on VPK editing to remove the sounds manually. It's very simple.

@tu stultus es good job with these insurgency sweps, I was wondering if you could try to replace the handguns with some of the insurgency models? Like one as the Insurgent's M45 and the other as a Makarov or M9

Not working for me either, seems that the workshop is in one of its "phases" where it's partially down. Chances are it'll be back up in 30 mins to an hour.
