It says Military Sniper in the title cause thats what it replaces, not because the machina is a military sniper.

for those people who are confused about the addon's description, i'm pretty sure it means this: the machina addon made by the OTHER GUY (the one avenged mentioned) replaces the hunting rifle, so he made one that replaces the MILITARTY rifle.
