It seems it does not work 100%. No conflicts found in add ons menu. I manage to see the +10 points every 1 out of 50 zombies I killed. I think it has something to do with extended zombie populations. You should fix it.

The +10 is attached to a large blood spill effect, which is [most of time] rendered for headshots, but since it's just an effect, sometimes it doesn't play. And it also is used (if I recall correct) for melee attacks, and maybe some special infected damage, so it's not like a precise script, the reliability depends entirely on how and when game renders those large blood spills.

it modifies the blood effects only, so it would only conflict with particle mods that alter that blood_fx.pcf file. For example, like, green blood mod, some kind of 'increased/better blood' mods etc.

@The Insane Gentleman well, they're attached to blood effects so they're not precise/reliable. The only more or less reliable is +10 on headshots, but even there it's inconsistant. It all depends on how game triggers those blood sprays. The +5 is on some (but not all) abdomen/chest/spine hits, the +1 I don't remember clearly, but either hand or groin hits.

@SenorNoodlesTheMagical Check your addons menu for conflicts (would be highlighted in red). If it doesn't conflict with anything, it's not technically possible that one thing works and the other doesn't... I did mention however that "points" thing is rather buggy and they occur rarely, mostly on some headshots and only sometimes on chest/abdomen kills (also sometimes on teammates melee kills). Try headshotting more or grab an m60, that usually triggers a lot of "+10".
