The ladder on the main house is just errors, are there any games required?

Is there a possibility to get this map without any missing models or textures? Because there are still 2-3 error signs at the big house in the middle of the map...

I did not port anything. I just got the map somewhere (probably from another ttt server) and uploaded it to the workshop (quite useful to use as "fastdl"). Cheers.

It looks pretty good, but the skybox flips out whenever I look at the water. It does its whole, "Z fighting' effect. Along with that, certain props dissappear when I look at them from specific angles.
