Nerfed the Recruit and Upkeep Costs to be more severe. The intention is that these guys are something closer to very expensive retainers in the style of the old Gallic Imperial Guard. So unsurprisingly, keeping them is costly.

@shaliev.rasim Uh I imagine you'd have to translate them yourself, localisation hasn't been messed with too extensively but I'm not really well versed with how 'game versions' differentiate from each other.
