It might be caused by a conflict with another script. I've spent a lot of time playing with TAO V3 and I've never seen it. By chance, are you using my 'stabilise wounded survivors' script?

Yea sometimes it happens after a single shove, other times it may happen after a few there's no particular pattern

the end credits grenades is a known bug. I believe it tracks your kills with each grenade rather than grenades thrown. As for the throwables bug, I haven't seen that one yet

I enjoy the mod a lot, my only notice is that the throwable credit stats seem to be acting weird saying ive thrown like 200 pipe bombs 157 molotovs and like 87 boomer biles when i think i threw maybe 4 pipe bombs, 2 mollys and a bile jar. other than that im enjoying all the fetures and changes if i had one complaint its that my throwable keeps despawning in my hand for some reason after i shove an infected to get them off of me (mainly a boomer bile problem cause i dont want the bile to explode where im standing) so idk if that's intentional or a bug

I’ve been playing this version with my friend for several hours over several campaigns at this point and it’s the best one yet! The new health system feels really great to use, I think you got it perfect! I also really like the other misc balance changes, especially to the lesser used secondaries and to the boomer’s reaction time. Really great mod and definitely how I plan to play the game from now on.

Now if you'd consider a weapon with clearly defined upsides and downsides that offers a unique role in combat compared to its counterpart to be "a bunch of nonsense", I'd like to ask what your views are on the vanilla Military Sniper, given that it's almost statistically identical to the Hunting Rifle save for having double the clip size, 30 extra reserve rounds, 25% more DPS and 20% more damage potential.

I'm guessing you see that as perfectly fine. I'm also guessing it's your go to choice when you play, and that you use it specifically because it's undeniably one of the strongest weapons in the game. I know, because I've met a lot of people just like you when I tested TAO, the kinds of people who go straight for the Military Sniper and then leave the server when they realise it can no longer single-handedly carry them through the game.

However, the Hunting Rifles strength comes in the form of its ammo conservation. Whilst the Military Sniper might be the superior option when you have access to an ammo pile, the Hunting Rifle is a far better choice when you're on the move. This is also aided by its unscoped accuracy, which is higher than the Military Sniper.

@speed.exe since you seem to have read 2 numbers and declared yourself a balance expert without bothering to read the rest of the weapon descriptions, here's why it works:

The TAO Military Sniper has a much faster firing rate than the Hunting Rifle; more than 3 times faster. Whilst the damage per bullet is lower, it ultimately has a higher DPS than the Hunting Rifle. This means that when dealing with Tanks or other SI, the Military Sniper can secure kills faster than the Hunting Rifle, at the cost of expending more ammunition. The Military Sniper also performs better against common infected thanks to its larger clip size, and the Hunting Rifles higher damage being wasted.

you'll need to restart your game after turning the mod off or unsubscribing. If the changes somehow persist (they shouldn't), check your workshop addons folder and delete the mod from there

weapon scripts as in scripts that change the stats of weapons, like clip size, damage, etc. TAO V3 includes weapon scripts for every weapon in the game, so if you're using another mod with weapon scripts then there will be a conflict. Weapon skins will be fine though
