I have a few mods dat requires meh and/or my friends 2 have the helmet/s off while in a structure or environment full of O2 4 buffs is the reason I need 2 know, so I don't kill my self or my friends when trying 2 go in2 an environment void of O2 LUL(since perm death will be enabled 4 mar misery). ^w^
So by UR explanation, its treated as armor block, where all 4 sides are airtight, although U can still pass through it, while in the block its self it acts as a vacuum of space, so no O2 inside the block its self, is my assumption correct? ?w?
(Dis is critical need 2 know info btw. >w<)
Does dis take up O2? ?w?
Like if both doors are open dan ship's O2 gets vented, or when I open the Inner door dan close it and open the Outer door a small amount of O2 gets vented? ?w?
I'm looking 4 door system dat doesn't vent my O2 in2 space and is compact yet server friendly. >w<
Suggestion: Could U make an alternate version where the inner door (with name plate stating dat side is the inner door) n walls is always airtight regardless if its open or close dat would be very server friendly. ^w^
Brilliant, thank you.
though now that I think about it, in game we only have left and right sliding corridor round doors, so... is there a way you can make two models for corridor round airlock doors where one door slide up into the ceiling to open, and another block the door slides down into the floor to open?
if so that'd be fantastic because it'd give more freedom for where you can and can't place the corridor round airlock doors.
Not to mention that the blog is actually predestined for doing something like that with it since it would have enough space on both sides where you could let the door disappear into it.
But it is up to the mod developer whether he wants to do that or not
The mod developer was kind enough to make a version for a round door
What makes working with round passages definitely easier and above all it looks better
This is not meant to be a negative criticism, just a comment. I am very satisfied with the mod and am glad that it exists.
And if you want to make a real airlock, you can always add your own vent/conveyor/doors with a couple of event controllers.
+1 to adding a Narrow Door version if you're so inclined
If you're feeling bored one evening though.... I'd love to have one of these in a Narrow Door version. :)

Thank you for this!
Have a nice weekend.
There seems to be a Texture issue with the Double Corridor Round Airlock. I think might have a messed up UV. It is on both sides where the doors are. Great Mod. Subcribed++
hmm, from my point of understanding the smallest possible airlock in vanilla would be 2 block long with 2 doors directly behing each other which in turn would mean a 2 block length airlock with 2 doors would fit it.
i understand that it would mean some work to do and it might not be possible for one reason or another.
thanks for giving a feedback/answer on the requests i put forward.
2. no, it's a game limitation (doors can only have one open and one close animation, nothing inbetween)
id like to put forward 2 requests:
1. could we maybee get some bigger variants?
something like 2 or 3 blocks length would be nice to faciliate the passage of multiple engineers at once.
2. could we get an override to fully open it?
atm i use a normal door as a bypass door in case i am basically just running back and forth or want to use outside air to be pulled in and further used.
while the first one would be something very helpfull for coop and on servers for grids used by multiple players the second one is more of a qol request.
Is the Narrow Door also being considered?
