And I said "are" because I was referring to every single Genshin ripped model. If I downloaded the MMD version of the variant, they'd have 2048x2048 textures, which is 2x better than the raw version. But I prefer having them on 4K to add a little bit of detail.

@iluzijawolf, I know and, the reason why it is that much is because their textures are on a lower resolution, hence why the previous quality (Which was originally 1024x1024) sucks a little bit so, I had to upscale them to look detailed.
