@spetznazty thanks man, I appreciate it. i am no longer doing skins for this insurgency anymore. I will look into making skins for Sandstorm once they release the mod tools and workshop. I will probably do an M4a1 skin that looks just like this one for the game.

For those that have "massive brightness" problems. Change your video settings. having brightness a little more low, shader detail on high, filtering mode - anistrofic x2, multicore rendering on high

OH, you intentionally used different heat shields, I was pointing it out cause I assumed it was supposed to be the same as the MK18 you made.. It didn't feel like part of a set I guess. My bad :happyz:

The front grip heat shield for the left side/bottom side look off. Compare to the right side of the model, and the mk18 you made.

@eTact. If your talking about the third person texture for the M16a4 its a tottaly different texture. not sure what you mean by "scrambled"

If you zoom in on the pictures you will notice something off with the heat shields.

Picture 4's heat shield look fine (just like the MK18) but in all other pictures the heat shields texture is all scrambled (or the UV is not matching the texture sheet).

Can't wait to use this skin once that is fixed. :goldenak:

The weapon skin will stay as is. Cant fufill everyones requests. Also a carry handle camo will conflict with the M4 skin since they both share the same model and texture. But an M4 texture will be in the works soon, with alot of the requests will be put into that skin.
