came here with the same question; looking at the mod files, this is a lovely little 1 file/20 line mod that I doubt will ever break unless Paradox does something weird like redefine the "on_travel_plan_movement" on_action. I'd say it 100% works on this new update and will 95% continue to work in new patches beyond

I finished the "Voyager" perk tree and don't gain any wandering lifestyle experience anymore.
Solution:
Change the trigger from
"NOT = {

to
"NAND = {
has_trait = lifestyle_wayfarer
has_trait = lifestyle_voyager
