If you use this mod's More! MORE! soley as a general healing tool, then by design it is going to feel weak. This mod was balanced with the skill primarily being a "redirection" and "enemy control tool", where the main purpose of the skill is to waste enemy actions on a less effective character.

Flagellant already has other heals (Lash's Gift, Deathless) that do not provide him with Taunt, and should be ideally be paired up with this new More! MORE!

Additionally, More! MORE!+ has much more value than what is immediately apparent - Pain Tokens jumping from 10% to 15% healing each mean that Skills like Punish, Acid Rain and the bunch that take 10% HP DMG are now a net positive healing, so I'd prefer staying away from compounding the value of a single Mastery point for the skill.

Maybe More! MORE!+ should only give 1 vuln? because taking double damage 2 times when you want to heal (I typically use more more whne I want to heal) will almost always put me on death's door or worse, but I do agree the skill is op I just think that 1 vuln on mastery would be less punishing and sensitize mastering the skill, since in vanilla there is almost no reason to master it

That is fair, and there is an argument to be made if you compare point by point the amount of healing Flagellant can put out compared to other people. My main issue with More! MORE! isn't really the healing tho, it is more to do with how powerful Taunt is, and how it can "stun" enemies by making them waste their turns on ineffective actions that Flag shrugs off. Thanks for the feedback, and I'll be looking out for Deathless and Sepsis too.

In my opinion,the real OP skills are Deathless of Scourge Path and Sepsis of Wanderer Path.
If you want to nerf Flg,you should nerf them,not the MORE!MORE!.
MORE!MORE! is a very balanced skill.It just a Tank skill,absorb damage and give heal under low pressure.
One hit only heal 9 for FLG(50*120%).So The Pain+ token can be considered as BLOCK+ if taken 12 damage or BLOCK if taken 18 damage.
Obviously MORE!MORE! dont work well on extreme pressure conditions like 10-18*140% from Fulgore.That's kind of balance.

That is part of the intention, yes. I don't want the skill to be both a tanking and healing button for Flagellant that works on all enemies - either be situationally an upside, or have provide less momentum if used without thought on the match-up.

maybe one vuln would do it but two makes the skill a negative health button on anything that isnt a very small weak enemy or an enemy that focuses on dot
