This is genuinely one of the worst taunts added this update, and the only reason it's not THE worst is because Pyro's one was somehow even poorer.

with prior knowledge they usually do forward a good one or two updates after the summer update, given it goes mentioned on the TF reports github I'd say they'll touch up on it.
I'll just make a minor mention of it there so it doesn't go unnoticed hopefully.

Now that it's been added to the game, fixes and changes are up to valve i'm pretty sure.

For example, the mouths are a bug that happened with mourning mercs as well and will eventually be patched.

With the standing idly at the end of the taunt. They must've entered the wrong values for the length of the taunt, which is why the characters seem to just stand around doing nothing some time. Surely it'll be fixed (surely)

problem with the taunt and I feel you should address it; if possible forward a quick fix to valve. the end of the animation for every class lingers idly with their standing stock weapon animation for far too long (14 frames for demoman, frame 130 to 144 just holding a non existent stock weapon in the air and you could probably end the animation as early as frame 120 or 130 since the animation would blend back into whatever designated weapon you're currently using).
for reference the stock taunts (for demoman) don't use any sort of default idle animation at the end (setting aside the ullapool caber but is incredibly brief).

This is way too animated, it doesn't fit the animation style of TF2 whatsoever. The expression itself is way over the top, and the animation is too smooth in comparison to other taunts and movement animations.
