only downside to the active gps, I used a radio jammer, and it seemed to just fly all around, pretty sure it was because it didnt know where to go, or mine is just bugged. but now I know a radio jammer will affect it.

No you cannot turn off Solid Rocket Boosters.

Are you sure?
When the bomb hits, the upper stage gets disconnected from the rest of the rocket, this is because you can't disable a solid rocket booster. The lower stage may have not detonated and has lost control, but the lower stage is most likely at or around the target.

when I try to launch this is slams into the ground at its target, dosent detonate, and loses control.
