This simply fixes the ability to have facial expressions. You need a separate mod that actually adds them.

Has no in-game effect, the Witch's face is still static.

Hey I have a question about this; does this make her facial expressions match the normal Witch, or does it function more like this mod? If so, are these compatible with eachother?
