Yes, it's in bodygroups, you can change bodygroups in the playermodel selector (I don't know if the default selector supports it though, I use the enhanced playermodel selector addon), or if you want to change it on a npc you can use the easy bodygroup tool addon

Okay, I can see the edges of the sleeves model going through the camera and arms, but no flickering.

i dont know if my gmod is just exploding from the amount of addons i have, but for example the mw weapons show the arm issues. and whenever reinas hands are close to me they flicker. try the outlast hands and youll probably see what i mean
