The mod is available for all survivors of L4D1 and L4D2. To use this mod with Francis, download the folder in the link above on this post then extract it with WinRaR or 7zip. Then put the Francis vpk inside the addons folder of the game.

It's located in ->Program Files (x86)>Steam>steamapps>common>Left 4 Dead 2>left4dead2>addons

Then it'll show up in game just like a workshop mod. If you want to uninstall it just delete the vpk file from the addons folder.
