Oh yeah! I've always wanted "cutscenes" in Stellaris. Make the game more immersive, as seen in the trailers. This might be absolutely amazing!

@MyresMkG sorry about that, I forgot to state "of the first 3.10 version", I added that now. Between some game versions, the alignment of stuff within the event window changes, and since there's no inherent multi-version functionality on Steam, I'll keep a version for every adjustment.
