It would be nice if they could be added to your Rome Unit Pack...but only if it was compatible with Patch 17.

I could just as easily agree with anyone who wouldn't want it added, as it definitely is too advanced in age as a unit. I just think this looks so incredibly awesome...plus, we have surprisingly little information about military history. It is possible that Cataphracts, for example, were used at least somewhat sooner than we know of.

But unfortunately it has a bug... It is giving crash every time I click the battle menu. Not only custom battle. And yes, this mod is the responsible, unfortunately. I hope you can solve, because it is the Cataphracts to Rome with the best look.

Well im my game there are massile the BEST cavalry thats what im saying there to strong

I dont make them as or better then Royal Cata for balance porpuse cuz if rome have the best infantry giving them the best shock cav would debalance the game and the bonuses are in the weapon table like melee or projectile table and pleace add me so we can chat

checked now and i made a mistake i puted sword stats insteed of spears stats ill fix it now

Yeah so you have two units here one with a two handed spear and another with a one handed spear that will switch to a sword in melee so why not give them the bonus if they charge with a one handed spear ?

Just seems odd and there a little OP to nations that have Cataphracts , but other then that they look great

Update i made them recrutable on 3,4 military and 4 aux

Dont warry i like people to suggest and all that but if i made the cataphract like the Royal Cataphact it would be better to just put the RC available for rome.

Yes, this is some argument. However, there weren't founded lorica segmentata after the 2nd century AD. As we know, the Roman cataphracts were after the 3rdd century AD.

I suggest you remove lorica segmentata and use eastern style armors. Roman cataphracts didn't use lorica segmentata. If you will replace armors this unit will be very good.
