I stopped keeping track of that list 3 years ago. I no longer recall which particular assets share textures with each other. But yes, these 2 pieces share the same texture set as D Street and some more upcoming assets will as well.

Love this, of course! If I may be so bold as to ask... would you be willing to update the description of the modern condo collection to denote which assets share textures? I know you've added 2mil assets since AND I'm assuming this shares textures with D Street (is that correct?), but it would be helpful in more quickly downloading those sets with matching textures.
