Colours are pretty much spot on, but the only thing holding it back is how busy it looks, removing some shapes i think could be of great help.

since you are going for a half life reference why not make it look like half life colors (and lambda symbol)

I assume this is meant to look like the HECU camo? If you're trying to go for that you're best off adding some green since its just too plain as it is here.
