The line in question is
{ event 5004 0 "Shotgun.Fire" }
Basically this fires the shotgun sound for the weapon when you shoot, including in Third person.
It also doesn't seem to duplicate the sound twice unlike most of the 'fix' mods that are on the Workshop.
You can unpack any shotgun on the workshop and apply that same line into fire_layer for it to work third person.
