Tree Control does the job. Brilliant!
It's lots of fun! Also, Terraced Planter Networks work really well in combination with these. I managed to use it as top section of a pedestrian tunnel, then placed these as walls and just covered the rest with surface network.
If you ever come up with shorter version, I will for sure replace fences on my bridges and roads.
