Thanks for the suggestion, I also think this model is cursed as fuck.
But there is a Black Mesa HECU reskin mod that is based on the HDTF HECU.
Maybe I can try to turn it into an Npc. :ftkyeti:

Uniform and equipment [Besides the gas mask and weird as helmet] is decent but I really don't understand why the HDTF Delevelopment team desided went with blue camo like that's confusing why, oh and the head wear...

The helmet number 1 looks like a lemon that had it's insides cut out then was automatic-ly known as "helmet"

I don't even know what say about the gas mask but I know it looks very shit

This is a suggestion but maybe you could make another mod with this but improve it and get it's ohio ass style out
