Okay, figured it out.
The spawner was set as a mission, not an environment mod and for some reason the game didnt like that. If you want the mission, follow this link: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2979020973

it won't show up in my missions folder either. I tried looking in the workshop folder but i still can't find it. what is the name of the mission?

Right so then second question, how did you get the limitless supply of crude for the mission?

@Corporal Simmons Have you tried checking for it in the "workshop" tab of the missions loader? If it isnt there, you can spawn it really anywhere
