Possibly related, the Culture victory said it was uncompletable instead of autocompleting.
We played as a 2 player team with the Test of time game mode on 3 wins. Each and every time we unlocked a victory type, my friend could not do the project and only I (the host) could. Not sure if the bahavior comes from the team or the multipyer, maybe both. The game registered our actions as the action of a single player for the win condition so no problem with that. Maybe multiplayer with no team should be tested further but here's what happened.

Has anyone ever seen this mod actually work? There were no dlc released after this mod came out so I have no idea what's causing these issues.
Also did not see any victory projects show up. Had to use cheat panel on a fresh game to even see the victory projects after researching all techs and civics.
Do you think it could be made? If you do, I promess to buy you a ton of Rosamonte jajajajaja!

I do not know how that came to be, considering the mod used to work fine for me and I did not touch it. Any idea what to do? TYVM.

i don't remember having any "cultural issues", but i'm pretty sure this mod will cure my trauma from diplo victory
what i see is something like (to win i need to get science victory and reach another victory)
My only problem would be that if you won a domination victory and conquered all territory in the world, you would technically win a religous victory (as long as you have a religion and have been using missionaries properly in your territory) and a culture victory (since your country is the only one left generating tourism and culture) instantly. Having said that, though, it's still a great gamemode if you turn Domination off.
Also might make me focus on a broader set of capabilities.
I always want to see my well constructed empire win in different ways!
