One of the files is messing with the glass impact decals, adding an additional blood splatter to the pool of three. The file in question is decals_mod2x, which I am unable to open in Vtfedit due to some weird issue with version numbers. In game it has 4 glass decals, but it seems to be using the corner of a blood pool for one of them. I have no idea how this would be fixed.

It's a great map. The vibes are great too. It would be cool to see this map used for a small RP, and the sticky notes add onto the great vibes.
