Factions work with Ace version of DRO.
And what about middle-east\islamic factions?

Malden defense force units too, so its any unit with a vanilla uniform reskin, it doesn't count as a "uniform" in the inventory and so they have no space to bring ammo

Israel defense force units do not have uniforms in their inventory, so they bring very little ammo

Some of the units have broken inheritance (which means they don't play well with CBA's event handlers, and consequently, ACE Medical). Easy enough to fix, though. Sent you a friend request.

I have no idea how to code ZAM factions and I haven't seen
anybody yet who isn't demanding top dollar to code them for me.

That's because of how the mod handles units. Their loadout is pre-defined in code rather than as part of their actual unit being-ness (so to speak), so this means that the factions from this mod don't work with any mod that interferes with this "loadout code", including Dynamic Recon Ops, OPCOM, etc.

So basically this mod was never compatible with DRO or any similar mods/scenarios.

Hey do you think you could do a small one that's just the CSAT guard (urban) units? Wanted to use them for an MCC generated mission but I can't figure out how to restrict what units from a faction it spawns.

Outstanding! I have test this mod in ALIVE environment and it's compatibility don't have any problems. Will you add motorized or mechanized squad for this mod in the future？

It's a cool concept to make new factions out of existing content but there's a gamebreaking bug where if my character picks up a rock the IDF units immediately open fire on me. :/
