I think this is a good one, If you can replace the cars and vehicles from Tf2 then you can replace the Lfd default vehicles by if you make them separated and or in a bundle pack.

Unfortunately, the shell being there is a mixture of animation trickery and unproperly/broken rigged viewmodel arms. The shell is meant to "hide" in the hands after the animation is done. This issue is not seen in vanilla or correctly rigged viewmodel arms such as here: https://tinypic.host/i/pistol-problem.E2wbb and https://tinypic.host/i/pistol-problem-smaller-hands.E2YWx
rochelle has the tiniest hands and they don't even have this issue. I could fix it, but that would require to reanimate/rerig the whole thing for such a small fix. If I find another workaround I'll see what I can do.

i think i found a problem with the dual pistols, when i have 1 ammo the glocks bullet shell will break if i am not wrong

The only possible option I can think of since mat_phong is not a command that can be used properly in this game, would be either replacing everything (hell) or downloading reshade. But its up in the air if reshade may or may not be detected by VAC. So that's something you'll have to consider.
