It may be that you're at the wrong oil rig. There's many throughout the map. You're looking for the one with no platform/equipment on it, I think.

the adventure of the seas is great i went on it i think in 2018 ish but the oasis of the seas is BEUTIFUL. can you make the oasis btw it would be awsome
