@Sir David: You can use any icons you want with this, just make sure that the icons addon you choose is placed ABOVE Back 4 Dead HUD in the load order.

Could you make a version without the new icons, I don't like them and I want to use the HD version of the default icons, thank you

I'd get this if the health bars were on the bottom of the screen, having them on the side is just screwing your peripheral vision.
