To be honest is really cool this hud for the health bar

the only thing that i don't like about this bar is the color of the temporarly health but the rest is good

Saw someone on YouTube playing L4D2 with this particular Hud. Had to go find it & download it, it's really neat.

I have made a simple edit to this, you can check it out here . It is currently unlisted and I have not made any big changes, I just borrowed the assets from my previously mentioned add-on and applied it to my add-on.

Currently the only issue that's bugging me is when you get your health lower than about 10 health, the sentence gets cut off, I can probably fix this by modifying the resource file, but it pays off the price with incompatibility with some other HUD add-ons.

Feedback about anything is appreciated, try to reply on my unlisted add-on to avoid flooding this comment section.

There's another add-on that meet some requirement that you are mentioning but it is located at the bottom left side, and with a different health style, you can check it out here

Actually, never mind. The font is not critical. Can you make a version with a text status above the line? Fine for green, Caution for yellow, Danger for Red, and no perm health Dying.
Very good HUD, haven't changed mine in years, and this one is totally worthy. Gonna throw some steam points for the effort

Right Click on your Left 4 Dead 2 on steam, then properties -> Local Files -> Verify integrity of game files.

How?

Try verifying the integrity of your files and check any addons related to health bar, they may not written in red conflict, because it's possible for health bars to have a resource file that modify them as well.

It's like when the health is within the yellow bar, it would be just the no "texture" texture. And if the character died, it shows the same no texture

Mind clarifying the bug you encountered? If it doesn't show in game, you probably have other addon conflicting with this.

I subbed to the edited btw but thanks for making an updated one. I love this version of the health bars but always got annoyed when it conflicted with certain models

Depends on the HUD, mostly incompatible with the ones that change the death overlay and health bars.

are there any custom HUDs it works with or is it only default HUD?
