This asset was created in reference to an actual convenience store in Japan.
In Japan, convenience stores are often installed in Japanese-style buildings like this one. This is common in tourist areas.

Probably one of the best crafted building you ever made among your collection. I love it, and will more than happy to use it in Japanese rural areas.

The only thing I found a bit strange, is that I thought Lawson's were generally located in more modern looking buildings. It appears I was wrong !
