@Silver5word Didn't have any issues on my end. But I'll re-import the model and texture sometime later and hope it fix the problem.

I've isolated it down that this asset causes building flickering issues whenever grown or plopped. Can you please look into it?

I love this building as I studied in HK before and love the pencil tower aesthetic.
