I've been to a hotel that looks like this before, and one thats kind of like this, except it's built around the breakfast area instead of a pool.

Does it only happen on this map? If those "barcodes" appear on the tiles it might be your texture settings. The doors are from Half-life 2 so that might be an addon you have changing their appearance.

The doors are kinda like a shiny, dark metal and it looks like a lot of the textures have these weird barcode designs on them

Conical you should add clues in later maps about the dystopian lore to this series like who's the antagonist here who trapped everyone in these underground replicas of the real world and what is going on in the surface

I can't see how this map can be causing a crash. It's most likely the addons you're mentioning if it works when they're disabled. If it crashes without any other addons enabled, run the 64 bit version of Garry's mod.
