Honestly, this character is kinda fun. They're a character with the major upside of having good frame data, a terrifying ladder TOD with platforms, decent recovery, and the ability to gatling any move into any move while moving at high speeds. They also have the downsides of having no projectile (apart from Dspecial and Dstrong) or disjoint and their hurtbox becoming huge during attacks. This makes Peppino one of, if not, the easiest character to zone out in the game, which is probably for the best.
Regardless, he's absolutely busted in the right hands and I love that.

update: i decided to start working on making a new peppino from scratch, loosely based on this guy and other pt rivals mods, he will play kinda similar to this one tho

the plan is to add quality of life updates and such like a combo and rank system and that taunt everyone needs oh so much

i mean, the taunt could be updated to reflect the taunting from the actual release...and he could also use his new voice lines from the release too...and that's it. The Peppino in this mod is based off a version of the game that came out before the final version of the game. there dosnt need to be any game play changes, just the way taunting works and the voice lines (if he has any voice lines outside of taunting). Maybe dodging/Parrying could even have the sound effect from the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game!

Honestly, I think this character is perfect. But, all I think that is missing is the scream, possibly upon KO.

@Agent10008 dude i don't think this mod's getting updates anymore, especially not anything like the overhauls your requesting.

i do agree to some level though, this mod feels reflective of pizza tower in its older states rather than the final game.

Sorry to anyone experiencing crashes. Unfortunately, crashes due to specific alts are a longstanding, known workshop issue that can affect all Rivals mods. Typically people suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the affected mod, installing or uninstalling other mods, or messing with your local "order.roa" file. The issue may also be related to whether or not you've unlocked both custom color slots for the basecast roster. Peppino's alts are largely programmed just like any other mod's alts. Hopefully this comment helps some people looking for answers.

I cant play as color 8, 10, or above. only 1-7 & 9 show up. how can i fix this or is it just a mod issue?
