the moving auroras are a part of the skybox, so no you can't use it with stormfox but you can actually extract it to a map you can make.

The entire Map reminds me of the short Animation ''Fox Fires'' with a Fox who want to be a star like everyone else but instead, he turned into an Aurora to light up the sky with them
