My server works fine. I tested it with my old pc it has a gtx 1650 and my fps is better than most servers.

Sorry, I looked at your server mods, because your server has a very large number of mods, including Hmmm (2521543619). If my mods (2895035584) are added at the same time, making the two mods overlap, the problem of "expired manifest hash value" does not occur.

The reason why I fixed this mod is that NSUSAF&NSAFRF (1796997830) will be kicked out of the server when it is left alone in the server, and will display "manifest hash value expired" when using vehicle mounted weapons.
