nvm, i found the problem. My Blue Archive Shared Content was outdated. It's fixed now. But not that fun to use in thirdperson sadly, since the camera is too high. Gotta find a way to see if i can adjust the camera height.

The fake leg bones are because giving them ik makes their stance very wide. Its something I plan on fixing by making a custom animation patch in the future when I have more free time.

I'm ok with you making your own survivors based off mine but it would depend on what parts of my files you use honestly.

absolutely perfect

but when the character crouching,its lower body sinks into underground,and it works weird with the leg script under 3rd vision (unpacking your work I noticed that only the leg part have the fake bones, maybe they're supposed to support the leg script?)
