About Terr-Rawr-Saur sentences - he used some ideas what Gravedigger (and hundreds of people before) did and got his trucks to look the same way.
Stop this discussion - its useless, the trucks ideas generally is completely different, they have something similar in their outer design, but they are made for completely different things and so on. Now both - Gravedigger and Terr-Rawr-Saur get comments about taking copy/stealing stuff from each other and getting tonns of dislikes on their crafts.
