Honestly, my primary criticism is that these look TOO good when placed alongside someone like Medic's default hair, making the latter feel unpolished by comparison!
The beards have overly pronounced strands, like ribbons. It's trickier to name a varying set of looks.

Just pretend its the faical hair from Fried Batter, but Scout didn't shave it off and let it grow instead.
I do appreciate the effort taken to make variants for Scout and Spy, both which I think look fairly good.
(Although I am of the personal opinion that Scout should never have anything remotely amounting to be a real beard. The people who worked on the game and its character art direction ((when ut still had any)) clearly intended for Scout to never have a proper "manly" beard. It's the running joke, after all!)
