I know that canonically the soldier's eyes stay the same after they get shot and stuff, but I think it would be cool here if the eye wasn't glowing anymore, as it has a bullet through it.

the only way to "download" the addon is subscribe on it, go to the game files, found ...steamapps\workshop\content\1583720\"the id number of the addon" (for example, the id number of this addon is "2889549617"), copy the folder, paste on elsewhere, and done

Most Workshop downloaders no longer work due to Valve finding out about them and thanosing them out of existence so that won't work just learn how to port models via blender or some other tool
