Might be worth asking around in the PixelTail forums? It could be a specific interaction between the game and Dropbox, or the current build of the game is buggy as always...
None of the Nexus doors work for me nor some stuff in the balcony like the skybox, is this also what you were seeing?
Part of the reason I stopped was due to these issues, having put lots of hours only for something to break and undo the progress without any clear signs on what to do to fix it. It's such a never-ending struggle
I guess maybe the canvas cache is so large the game fails to properly generate it on the user's machine? Let me check myself actually
The find button puts a spark on all items using the URL, like advanced item search mode.
The replace button prompts you for a new URL that applies to all items using the old one.
There is also a "check" button to check if the URL works or not.
I hope this is what you were looking for, it looks like it might be a bit tedious still. I was hoping we'd have the options in the context menu when right clicking items but we do not 😭
I just uploaded my fangame recreation condo and I think it would be nice if people could check out both of them since they're related. No pressure though, I now know what it's like working on these type of projects after going through the experience myself.
IIRC direct URLs now have a slightly different domain and also some sort of ID, they are only meant to be valid for 24 hours so I'm guessing your condo still uses the old URLs. Discord might have decided to make all the old URLs invalid recently, odd considering this change was put in effect several months ago.
But yeah, it's probably for the best to change hosts. My friend was forced to do the same.
It might be working for you because the canvases are cached on your machine.
All canvases fail to load, and opening any URL gives me a "This content is no longer available." error.
