I'll drop support for this mod as with how it is now coded in Stellaris 3.9, modders have an easier way to add direct support to ACOT if they want to.

It would be better if directly supported by ACOT, I made a request to incorporate it.

Greetings,
I found that you can't upgrade to ACOT Precursor Citadel or Sigma Citadel if you have a Stellar Bastion built. I've fixed this for myself, but thought you may want to add to your compatch, too.

Just add in:
is_ship_size = starbase_bastion
to events: acot_mega.1 and acot_mega.3
&
to megastructures: acot_precursor_citadel_site and acot_precursor_sigma_citadel_site
