zuberman it isnt supposed to spawn the way how it works is the normal mod lets npcs hold others to do it you hold an npcs hand hold f then let it touch another npc this one is optional where it lets them hold on to anything hope this helped

if you don't want a person to pick up another persons weapon, you need to make sure to hold f away from what the character is holding then, you grab the body part. sadly, to take the persons hand of someone, you'll need to pick up the weapon unless the person isn't holding anything.

it adds files that are not in the game, therfore, it deems it as suspicious, its not always a virus, and there is an extremly low chance of getting a virus from steam
