brodie the deadly mann you can go on the catwalk if you go to console type:sv_cheats 1 then type noclip and go up to the catwalk and type noclip again then your on the catwalk

Add a frankencube dropper, all kinds of dirty and defective turret spawners, an old aperture cube, conversion gel and water dispensers, a dispenser for the dirty cubes and balls, Glass Futbol dispensers, bomb dispensers, some auto-portal placers, some portal gun pedestals so you can have the blue, orange or dual gun and a laserfield.
